Our range of holistic therapies include HOPI, Indian Head Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy.

Reflexology:
Reflexology is an ancient art dating back to the Egyptians. By working on the feet using pressure on the reflexes, these correspond to all the glands, organs and different parts of the body; imbalances and blockages can be unblocked and harmonised to improve homeostasis and equilibrium, and a general feeling of well being. (45 mins to 1 hour)

HOPI Ear Candle Treatment:
The Hopi-ear candle treatment has been used for many centuries by the native indians of the North American Continent which then introduced this gentle therapy to Europe, benefits of this treatment can relieve sinusitis, headaches, excess ear-wax, and stress or anxiety related symptoms.

Recommended: 2 treatments in the first week, 1 treatment weekly for four weeks, 1 treatment monthly. (45mins)

Indian Head Massage:
Using ancient eastern massage techniques, around the shoulders and neck, using tension relieving pressure points on the scalp and soothing lymphatic drainage on the face to ease away the stress of everyday life. Excellent for sinuses, headaches and shoulder tension. (45mins)

Hot Stone Therapy:
Hot stones have been used for over 2,000 years in many ancient cultures for medicinal and spiritual purposes. In today's society and fast pace of living we soon become depleted of our own natural energies and become fatigued, run down, and stressed, and this treatment is excellent for recharging the human batteries. Hot basalt stones are used to massage the body creating a feeling of warmth and comfort. (1 hour 15mins - NOTE: Do not plan too much for after your treatment)
